Graduate Trainee
For overseas workers on graduate training programmes leading to senior roles.
- ✓ Up to 12 months' stay
- ✓ Minimum salary requirement: £25,800
- ✓ Must be part of a structured graduate training programme
- ✓ Perfect for developing future leaders
UK Expansion Worker
For senior managers or specialists establishing a UK presence.
- ✓ Up to 12 months' stay initially
- ✓ Requires detailed expansion plans
- ✓ Must be senior employee with oversight of UK expansion
- ✓ Ideal for businesses new to the UK market
Service Supplier
For contractual service suppliers and self-employed professionals.
- ✓ Up to 12 months' stay
- ✓ Must be working on eligible contract
- ✓ Requires relevant qualifications and experience
- ✓ Based on international trade agreements
Secondment Worker
For workers being seconded to UK businesses as part of high-value contracts.
- ✓ Up to 12 months' stay
- ✓ Requires high-value contract (usually £50m+)
- ✓ Must have worked for overseas business for at least 12 months
