To qualify as a Scale-up sponsor, your business must demonstrate:

- ✓ Annual growth of at least 20% in either employment or turnover over the previous 3-year period
- ✓ Minimum of 10 employees at the start of the 3-year period
Financial Requirements:
- ✓ Ability to pay sponsored workers at least £34,600 per year (or the going rate for their job, whichever is higher)
- ✓ Evidence of financial stability and ability to meet sponsorship obligations
